By visiting Skyscraper Sandwich Truck, you will have the opportunity to enjoy NY style deli: Really.Big.Sandwiches. The theme of this food truck is pastrami, corned beef, and truck-roasted turkey, hot or cold. Skyscraper Sandwich Truck has Reubens, Rachels, and sliders served on locally baked rye rolls, as well as specials throughout the season. Of course, Skyscraper Sandwich Truck also has the pickles to go with our really big sandwiches. We make our own coleslaw, and our dressings are all fresh, truck made.
