About the band: The Midnight Anthem (TMA) is a country inspired band from Connecticut that has performed for audiences throughout New England & beyond. In 2022 the band did over 70 gigs in 7 states from Maine to Tennessee, and in less than two years of existence has over 100 performances to their credit. They play an eclectic blend of covers & originals, and their music can be described as country, Americana, rock & everything in between! The group has an uncanny knack for creating music that is both fun to listen to and touches the soul.
Some highlights of TMA’s first two years include:
~Featured on Tim McGraw’s 2022 tour at the VIP portion of the pre-show festivities in Syracuse, NY.
~Debut at the world-famous Bluebird Café in Nashville, Tennessee.
~Shared the bill with 80’s rockers, Tony Harnell of TNT and Anthony Corder of Tora Tora.
~Residency at the Connecticut Convention Center for the “Glow Hartford” Christmas Light Festivalperforming 4 shows on the main stage.
~Participated at the 2021 women’s voices celebration in Westerly, RI, along with the “Beehive Queen” herself, Christine Ohlman of SNL fame.
~Performed for the second consecutive year at The Black Bear Americana Music Festival, performing on both the Main Stage & Gazebo Stage.
Currently, The Midnight Anthem is in the studio with Grammy Nominated Producer, Alex Salzman. The expected release date of the first single from this project is April 2023, with the full EP expected to drop this summer.
